Treated my needs

Dr. Collins is such a pleasure to visit! Bedside manner is best I’ve experienced. It’s so easy to refer my friends to her because I know she will not only take good care of them but she truly cares about her patients. If the other docs on my wellness team could be as enjoyable to see and I felt the same sincerity, it would be amazing.

They treated me very well and were right on top of my personal issues (pacemaker). They were very informative and I was involved in the decision making process for my ailment. They were very professional and personal.

Dr. Collins was very efficient and interested. She listened to my multiple concerns, and addressed all of them. I think I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Took my 11 year old daughter in to have a clear mole on her face looked at and possibly removed that day. There was no mention of any topical numbing just a needle to inject the numbing medicine. I asked the nurse, “is there no topical numbing available?” She had no answer. The needle went in, It was obviously extremely painful and my daughter was begging for the nurse to stop, she kept crying, “please stop, I can’t do this, it burns so bad!” She and I waited in the room alone for the numbing to kick in, when the Dr returned I asked again why no topical numbing was offered. Her answer.. “I’m so sorry, I didn’t even think of that.” What?! You’re a physician, isn’t that part of your job and hopefully desire to make your patients as comfortable as possible?! You didn’t even think of topical numbing BEFORE you inject a needle into my daughter’s face?! I’ve had two moles removed at different times at two different dermatologists offices…both times I was given a topical numbing agent that took about 20-30 minutes to kick in. THEN they injected the needle. I did’t feel one ounce of pain. Either time. Very disappointed in the lack of concern for my sweet 11 year old daughter’s comfort.

I originally came in for a specific skin concern, but during the visit, she went above and beyond by doing a full evaluation and even identified a few other issues I hadn’t noticed or come in for. That kind of thoroughness and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated.

I just went in for acne treatment, but after a blood test, she was thorough with going over my levels, and even pointed out a completely unrelated condition I might have. She talked more about it, and I confirmed some symptoms I had seen in the past. She recommended I see a hematologist to confirm an autoimmune disease, whereas my past dermatologists had simply said "I don't know," and given me steroid creams without any long-term real solution or explanations. Long story short she knows her stuff, and she cares about more than just your skin!

Dr. Collins is one of the most caring thorough doctors I have been to in a long time! I’m more on the holistic side and she gave me some great alternatives! She also spends as much time as you need and I don’t feel rushed. I’ve already sent two friends to her!

Dr. Collins cares and really goes above and beyond as a physician. She is also super smart and willing to try many different approaches to a problem. She has helped my teens with acne problems including my daughter who is at flight school and can’t be on certain drugs, so Dr. Collins was creative and knew other things that could help her. I recently went in for 2nd degree burns and she checked in on me over the weekend, which I really appreciate. She makes you feel like more than just a number, which I feel like is hard to find in today’s fast paced world.

Dr Collin’s was very professional and made me feel comfortable. She gave me many options for treatment but recommended what she would do if it were for her. She didn’t make me feel bad about the time I spend in the sun and didn’t make me feel guilty. I made an appointment for my husband and will take all my kids there. She was also easy to get into where one dermatologist I called was scheduling out 6 months.

Dr Collins gave me a very thorough exam. She explained her findings and what she was doing to ease my concerns. She was warm and made me comfortable during the exam and procedure.

Dr. Collins got right down to business and gave me recommendations on my pore removal. I decided to cut it out day of and she jumped right into action.

By far the best interaction I’ve ever had with a Dermatologist. I went to Park City Dermatology last week for a laser and IPL treatment. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk. They were friendly and helpful. Their master aesthetician, was informative and professional. I also had a chance to meet Dr. Stolman, she checked my treatment after it was done. She was friendly and it didn't feel like I was being rushed in and out of my appointment which I really appreciate.

Dr. Stolman is the BEST injector! She has such an eye for the female aesthetic face. She knows how to sculpt without making a face look fake.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kern's for almost ten years. His office staff are always treating me like family and I can easily get appointments that work with my schedule.
