Dr. Stolman graduated with Honors from the New York University School of Medicine, completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Yale University, and her residency in Dermatology at New York Medical College. She has been board-certified and practicing Dermatology since 2001. Dr. Stolman has seen adult and pediatric patients in both private practice and University clinics. Dr. Stolman is a long-standing member of the American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Stolman received advanced training in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology including lasers, Botox, and filler injections. Dr. Stolman received the Circle of Excellence from the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery for filler injection treatments.
Dr. Stolman has an MBA in health administration, is a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, and is a certified medical Spanish interpreter. Dr. Stolman has published an informative book about everyday skin care for adults and teens titled, “30 Day Skin Fix”. She loves being active and enjoying outdoor activities with her two boys.
Dr. Kern, a native southern Californian, graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He attended the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine for medical school training and Internal Medicine residency. After residency, he spent a year in Boston, studying the mechanism of skin aging at the U.S.D.A. Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging. His research has led to several publications. Dr. Kern attended the Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery residency at the University of California at San Diego where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Kern is a board certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon who was in private practice in San Diego, California, since 1991. After spending time between practices in San Diego and Prescott, Arizona, he relocated to Park City, Utah in 2006.

Jessica Collins, DO, is a dermatologist with a distinctive passion for excellent skin care. Dr. Collins frequently treats skin health issues like acne, skin growths, rashes, and skin cancer. With a keen eye for aesthetics, she also offers cosmetic treatments like Botox® and dermal fillers to her dermatology patients in the Heber city location.
Dr. Collins grew up in rural Kentucky before attending the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado, for her undergraduate education. She graduated magna cum laude and then attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, to earn her master’s degree. She returned to her home state shortly after to complete medical school at the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Dr. Collins then expanded her repertoire with an internship at Adena Regional Medical Center in Ross County, Ohio. She then completed a year in clinical research, studying cutaneous lymphoma at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. In 2021, she finished her dermatology residency training at Opti-West/Arrowhead Regional Medical Center/Aspen Dermatology in Springville, Utah.
Dr. Collins currently holds affiliations with the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Medical Association. She keeps up with the latest advancements in dermatology in order to give her patients the highest standard of care. In her free time, Dr. Collins is highly active. She enjoys traveling internationally, hiking, biking, and skiing, as well as spending quality time with her husband and two children
